You should have received a PDF copy of our Buffalo Trail Family Handbook with the email welcoming your child to their current grade. As you know, procedures and information changes frequently during our current reality. We are constantly reviewing, re-assessing, and revising procedures with staff and students – we’ve made a handful of adjustments since having our students for the phased-in week and since having all grade levels in, all day. To that end, we have decided it is best for us to share the link to our Buffalo Trail Family Handbook with you (as opposed to emailing PDF copies) so you will have the “living” document and can see the most up to date information.

The flyers were made up prior to the school having an official picture date
therefore the date was not printed on the form.
Please note that due to the virus orders and payment should be made online.
Forms of payment accepted online are electronic check, debit card, credit card and paypal.

We have many items that were in our lost and found last spring that need to be reunited with their owners. PTCO will be hosting a lost and found table this Friday, September 11 from 3PM – 5PM. Look for us on the back field and come claim your lost items!

Did you miss the opportunity to purchase a yearbook?
During the Lost and Found return event on September 11th from 3 to 5pm on the back field, yearbooks will be available for purchase. They are $25 each. Credit Card, EXACT Cash, or a check made out to Buffalo Trail PTCO will be accepted forms of payment.
If you haven’t received your previously paid yearbook or cannot make the event and would like to purchase a yearbook please email btptco@gmail.com to make other arrangements.

We are now accepting nominations for positions in the Buffalo Trail PTCO.
The proposed slate is as follows:

Co President: Lynn Holat
Secretary: Alofa Staley
Treasurer: Accepting Nominations
Fundraising: Accepting Nominations
Please join us for our first General Meeting of the year via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, September 23 at 6:00pm. The link to the meeting will be provided by Monday, September 21. After that meeting we need your help to vote in our new board members and approve our budget, by-laws and money policy. A link for voting will be provided after the meeting.

COLLECT BOX TOPS!
We are still collecting Box Tops to get to our goal. Since the entire shopping experience has changed for so many of us, Box Tops for Education has developed another way for us to continue to earn our Box Tops. We know that this requires an extra step, or maybe two, but we really would love your help in reaching our goal.
Last year we met $841.60 of our $1000.00 goal. With limited opportunities
to have fundraisers this year, we hope to make this one count.
