PICK UP OF STUDENT BELONGINGS
We are ready to start to return student supplies and collect the materials you've
had at home since we began remote learning this spring. The plan listed below is
subject to change as new guidance is issued regarding Stay at Home orders. The
current orders expire May 8th.

On Wednesday, May 13th families may drive to Buffalo Trail to pick up student
supplies that were left in their classrooms. You may also bring back any school library
or classroom books. If you received a computer from the District please keep that at
home. DO NOT RETURN ANY DEVICES AT THIS LOCATION OR TIME.

We will be doing this on a staggered schedule, based on last name, and you MUST
maintain proper social distancing. The majority of this process requires you to stay
in your vehicle, all stations are outside.

● Last names A – C 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
● Last names D – H 9:45 AM - 10:45 AM
● Last names I – N 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
● Last names O – S 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
● Last names T – Z 2:15 PM- 3:15 PM

Yearbook Progress Update!!!
When will yearbooks be ready? Yearbooks are still in the process of being published. Due to the virus, the
publisher is running shorter and less days. With this change, production has been delayed and they are unable
to give us a definitive arrival date yet. Once a delivery date is received, it will be announced on our blog and
our PTCO FB page.

Are yearbooks still available for sale? We have ordered extras available for cash sale on a first come first serve
basis. Times and dates to purchase will be announced once they have been delivered.

I ordered a yearbook, how will I be able to receive it? With the delay in production, arrangements will be made
to have a drive thru pick up in the school drop off lanes. More information will be announced when we have a

STILL COLLECTING BOX TOPS!
We are still collecting Box Tops to get to our goal. Since the entire shopping experience
has changed for so many of us, Box Tops for Education has developed another way
for us to continue to earn our Box Tops. We know that this requires an extra step,
or maybe two, but we really would love your help in reaching our goal.

Get all the supplies your student will need for next year in one place.
Just choose the grade your student will be in next year and have it conveniently
delivered to the school. Ordering is available until

As of right now, the only option to order is online.
Orders by cash or check will not be accepted due to the school being closed.
PTCO Board Positions
As we are nearing the school calendar year it is time,
to elect and or appoint new members to the PTCO board.
There are a variety of positions available, such as Spirit Wear,
Fundraising, President etc.
