BUFFALO TRAIL FUN RUN!!

Thank you for your support so far in making our fun run a huge success.  Keep those pledges coming!  

We are still looking for helpers for the day of the event to help pass out water and spray the runners to keep them cool.  If you would like to sign up to help, please click the link below. The fun run will happen this Friday, September 29th!  For grades AM Kindergarten, 2nd and 5th from 8:15-9:20.  For 3rd and 4th grade from 9:30-10:45.  And for PM Kindergarten and 1st grade from 1:10-2:20.  Hope to see you there!

BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION

We want your Box Tops! The week of September 24-30th is National Box Tops for Education Week!  The goal is to collect as many Box Tops as we can in one week!

Have you heard about the new Buffalo Trail app?  It’s easy to download and has tons of great features.  You can send a message to the attendance office to let them know your child won’t be at school, check the lunch menu, and receive updates for volunteer opportunities!

BUFFALO TRAIL FUN RUN!!

The Buffalo Trail Fun Run is right around the corner!  This year we are raising money for upgrades to our playground, aide support, teacher grants and more!!  We hope that you will help support this fun event by sponsoring your child and by inviting friends and family members to sponsor your child’s participation so that we can continue to make improvements to our school that directly benefit our kids!  Our students are currently making use of the computers provided by last year’s fun run.

PICTURE DAY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Support Buffalo Trail by eating at Chik Fil-A on September 12th all day long!  Just let the cashier know you’re there to support BT.

PTCO MEETING!

Join us for our first PTCO meeting on September 13th at 6:30pm in the Buffalo Trail Library! All Classroom Reps are invited along with anyone who would like to attend.  Babysitting is provided.  Mr. Paul Whitaker, Assistant Principal, will be making a presentation about school safety and Ms. Sarah Bowers will be making a presentation about the “Growth Mindset”. It will be a great night with lots of inside information about what is going on at BTE. Hope to see you there!
