Welcome back to school! We hope that you'll take a moment to read this blast each week to find ways that you can and help make Buffalo Trail a great place for our kids.

PTCO MEETING!
Please join us for a PTCO meeting on Monday, January 23rd at 6:30pm. Child care will be provided. Mr. Whitaker, our Assistant Principal will be making a presentation about safety, the PBIS program, and parking lot safety. Mrs. Winkler, our technology teacher will be talking to us about cyberbullying. Our guest speakers will be Dr. Bixby, our school psychologist and Mrs. Zambo. They will discuss bullying and signs to know whether children are being bullied or being a bully. It should be a great night with a lot of useful information. We hope to see you there!
BUFFALO TRAIL PTCO NEEDS YOU!
Are you interested in being more involved in Buffalo Trail? We are looking for new volunteers who would like to take a parent leadership role in our PTCO! We are looking for the following positions to be filled for 2017-2018.

BAD DADDY’S BURGERS
Leave the dishes for later and come dine at Bad Daddy’s on January 24th from 4-8 to benefit our school!
BUFFALO TRAIL WINTER GLOW PARTY
Come GLOW at our winter glow party on Friday, February 10th from 6:30-8:30pm. Buy your presale tickets before February 3rd for $8 per child. ($10 per child at the door) Adults are free but must attend with their children. Wear a white shirt, so you’ll glow while getting your face painted, taking photos in the photo booth, and dancing to the DJ. Dion’s Pizza, drinks, cookies, and chips will also be available for purchase. Glow bracelets and LED lights will also be for sale! We need volunteers to help make this event a success.

YEARBOOK PHOTOS WANTED!
If you have any pictures that you’d like to share, please send them to yearbook@btptco.org. Looking specifically for the 4th grade Pow Wow, Winter Choir Concert, Holiday Hockey or any other classroom celebrations.
