CAPES AND CROWNS DANCE!!
Thank you to Marisa Serna and Lauren Stavenger for planning a fun evening for our Buffalo Trail community. We had a great turn out and a great time was had by all who attended. Thank you to Amy King, Melissa Quesada, Rebecca Wellington, Rebecca Quillen, Dustin Quillen, Bonita Quillen, Kennedey McCurdy, Drew Smith, Alexis Matthews, Meena Esan, Cawandra Jallow, Raghav Thapa,Tamara Spiedel, Paul Whitaker, and Lauryn Hyong for their help with admissions, food, and clean up. This event could have never happened without your help! Also, thank you to our teachers and volunteers for dressing up and making it a magical evening for our students!

Mrs. Johnson’s first grade class won the Box Top competition and will receive a 50$ Barnes and Noble gift card. Keep saving your boxtops! We will have another contest again soon!

Come support Buffalo trail by eating at Noodles and Co in Southlands on February 18th. Be sure to mention that you are supporting our school so a portion of the proceeds will come back to Buffalo Trail.
CHERRY CREEK COMMUNITY LEGISLATIVE NETWORK MEETING
The CCCLN is holding a general meeting on Thursday, February 11, 2016 from 9-10:30 am at the Educational Services Center(4100 S. Yosemite St. room #260) The guest speaker will be the CCSD lobbyist. There will be some great information on the 2016 legislative session. This is a perfect opportunity for parents, teachers, administrators, and community members to hear first hand what is taking place at the Capitol and learn about current legislative proposals that may impact education.
