Here's what we have coming up between now and Winter Break:
November 11th- Teacher Dinner- We are still in need of a few more items for the teacher dinner. If you would be able to provide a food item please let us know ASAP.
November 17th-19th then the 22 & 23rd - Scholastic Book Fair- One of our most anticipated events each Fall! If you're interested in volunteering at the Book Fair let us know and we'll e-mail you with available time slots.
November 21st- Vendor/Craft Fair- If you know of anyone interested in renting a space please have them contact us ASAP.
December 1st-4th- Holiday Shop- This is a service we provide that gives the students an opportunity to buy gifts for family and friends at a very reasonable cost. We will need help with set-up on the 1st as well as on the 2nd and 3rd during the preview and shopping days. Saturday the 4th will be a Pancake Breakfast and the final shopping day. Please reply to this e-mail if you're interested in volunteering during this event.
December 10th- Family Movie Night- Watch for more detailed information about this event to come home soon! You won't want to miss it!
December 15th- Barnes and Noble Book Fair- This is a one evening event. We will need volunteers to help with gift wrapping.
Additional information will be coming home regarding each of these activities in the coming weeks.
